Assembly & Safety
Due to the manufacturing and design of our lamps they are easily scratched if precautions aren't taken when setting up. Arm springs are in place to keep your lamp shade secure, please be careful when releasing as these can bounce back with force.
note* refunds will not be accepted on products returned or deemed 'faulty' due to incorrect assembly, this includes but is not limited to scratches.
Instructions for your Candle Lamp
Set Up:
- Unbox the lamp and ensure all components are included.
- Place the lamp frame on a stable, flat surface at least 18 inches away from any flammable materials.
- We do recommend creating a cushioned environment around the assembly, in an attempt to avoid breakage if the glass shade is dropped.
- Where possible, attach the glass shade with assistance.
- Squeeze the two metal prongs down and towards each-other
- Slowly lift the glass shade over the two prongs and allow the springs to retract to their original position.
- Insert the bulb.
- Plug the lamp into a grounded outlet.
- Adjust the angle as needed, ensuring it remains stable during use.
Safety Precautions:
- Do not cover the lamp or obstruct airflow.
- Keep the lamp away from children and pets.
- Never leave the lamp unattended while in use.
- Turn off and unplug the lamp when not in use or before cleaning.
- Regularly inspect the power cord for damage.
Warning: Heating lamps can pose significant safety risks if not used properly. To prevent fire hazards, always place your heating lamp at least 18 inches away from any flammable materials, including paper, fabric, and liquids. Ensure the lamp is on a stable, non-flammable surface. The lamp can get extremely hot, so avoid direct contact during operation. Never leave it unattended while in use, and turn it off and unplug it when not needed. Regularly check cords for any damage. Keep this device out of reach of children and pets.
